Having been to Big Coaching Institutes and confused between high level or low level stories in Psych to his recommendation within 60 days of joining us. This is the story of Pushpendra a 4 times repeater, a national football player, who hails from an Army family from Rewari, Haryana. When he couldn't clear NDA, he didn't stop. He took a drop for JEE, enrolled himself in a BA programme from IGNOU, and eventually secured BTech through Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. However, his SSB journey wasn't smooth. He had been following us on Telegram for a while, and later, a friend referred him to R2R. Before joining us, he had these issues: - Psych - his responses did not truly reflect who he was in real life. - Interview loopholes that were never addressed properly - In GTO, he felt his biggest blunder was not understanding group dynamics. After joining R2R, his entire perspective towards SSB changed. - All his psych doubts were cleared. He learned and unlearned many misguided concepts. - For interview, every aspect of his life was deeply discussed - bringing clarity to the loopholes. - With consistent GTO practice, he understood group dynamics, contribution and balance. He practised so well with us that SSB stopped feeling like a test - and started feeling like a natural process. And finally, he got recommended in his 5th attempt. So, Pushpendra came to us on 8th October and on 10th December he got recommended for Navy Tech Entry from INSB Noida. Organic Farming 🌱 "The soil is the great connector of lives, the source and destination of all." – Wendell Berry Introduction Organic farming is an agricultural method that relies on natural processes, biological diversity, and ecological balance to cultivate crops and rear livestock. It avoids the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and artificial chemicals. Instead, organic farming promotes sustainable techniques like crop rotation, composting, biological pest control, and natural fertilizers to maintain soil fertility and ecological balance. Key Principles of Organic Farming 1. Soil ... The Right Kind of Worry: A Tool for Personal Growth 👨‍💻 There is a common belief that worry is something negative, something we must eliminate entirely from our lives. We are often told to “stop worrying” and “take life lightly.” However, with experience, many of us realize that this advice is only half true. I once heard a quote that stayed with me: “If you worry, do not worry. If you do not worry, please worry.” At first, it sounds confusing, even contradictory. But with time, I have come to see how deeply true it is. When Worry Becomes Necessary Looking back at my own journey, most of my regrets did not come from worrying too much. They came from worrying too little. There were moments when I took things lightly—studies, preparation, decisions—thinking that things would somehow work out. Later, those moments returned as regrets, reminding me that I should have been more serious, more attentive, more responsible. Worry, in its healthy form, is not fear. It is concern with direction. It is the inner voice that asks: * Am I preparing enough? * Am I taking this phase of life seriously? * Am I doing justice to my potential? This kind of worry sharpens us. It keeps us alert. It pushes us to act before opportunities slip away. The Danger of Excessive Worry At the same time, worrying excessively can be destructive. When worry turns into constant anxiety, it clouds judgment, drains energy, and leads to overthinking rather than action. Excessive worry focuses on outcomes beyond our control instead of effort within our control. This is where the first part of the quote applies: “If you worry, do not worry.” If you are already sincere, disciplined, and putting in honest effort, then unnecessary anxiety serves no purpose. Trust the process you are following. Finding the Balance: Conscious Concern The real lesson lies in balance. Personality development is not about becoming carefree or becoming anxious; it is about becoming consciously responsible. A mature personality: * Worries enough to prepare * Cares enough to act * Reflects enough to improve * Lets go enough to move forward Healthy worry asks questions early, so regret does not ask them later. Turning Regret into Guidance Regret, if used wisely, can become a powerful teacher. Instead of blaming ourselves for past mistakes, we can extract lessons from them: * Where did I underestimate the situation? * Where did I delay effort? * Where did comfort override discipline? These reflections help us worry at the right time, in the right measure, and for the right reasons. Conclusion Worry is not the enemy of growth. Misplaced worry is. Do not fear worry— use it as a signal. Let it remind you to be alert, prepared, and sincere at every stage of life. But once you have done your part, allow yourself peace. In the end, the goal is simple: Worry enough to grow, but not so much that you stop moving forward. #prepofLife@ssbclear

We're posting the news late on his request after his medicals are done! Anurag came to us on 3rd September, had his SSB on 22nd October, and got recommended on 26th October. As a fresher, he took (almost 45 days) from preparation to recommendation. From preparing for the Civil Services, to appearing for CDS for the first time, to getting recommended in his fresher attempt. Hailing from Ranchi, Jharkhand, Anurag grew up with a clear influence. His father is an IRS officer, and naturally, the goal was civil services. He prepared seriously in Patel Nagar and has always been academically inclined. Along the way, he cleared multiple exams — UGC NET twice, IB Pre and Mains — and narrowly missed the Civil Services prelims by 1.33 marks. He filled the CDS form, because a friend was doing the same. One of our students, Balajee (AIR 99, CDS IMA), referred him to us. Anurag was a fresher and came from a completely civil background. He had no idea about the SSB process and what was actually expected. At R2R, we didn’t try to change him. We helped him understand who he really is. He learned how to reflect his real life experiences and align them naturally with OLQs. In Psych, his thoughts and emotions were missing. We worked on bridging that gap. Time was another challenge. Alongside preparation, Anurag was managing his Master’s degree and research paper. With limited time for GTO, he relied on recorded lectures and last-moment clarity sessions — focusing on structures, ideas, and execution. And he made it. So if you want to prepare with us, we are launching a special CDS batch from 2nd January. To enroll, drop a message to @r2r_shashank Or give us a call at: +91 74840 58164
