Этот сервер просто печатает все сообщения в консоль. Таким образом удобно дебажить одноразовые ссылки активации или просто факт отправки письма по расписанию. OpenSSH 9.0 switches scp(1) from using the legacy scp/rcp protocol to using the SFTP protocol by default and introduces a -O option to use the legacy SCP protocol for file transfers with servers that do not implement SFTP.
