With a population of over 2 million, Lesotho is often called the "Kingdom in the Sky”, as its entire territory lies at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level or higher. ⛷ Lesotho is home to a high-altitude ski resort located at 3,222 meters above sea level, featuring six ski slopes. The ski season runs from June to September.
