We recognise that the construction delays have caused inconvenience and affected the life plans for flat buyers. While we are not out of the woods yet, we are gradually turning the corner. Housing & Development Board will continue to work closely with the contractors to minimise delays, without compromising the safety and well-being of workers, as well as the quality of the flats.
