Председатель партии Дмитрий Медведев встретился с видными общественными деятелями и представителями ключевых отраслей. Он подчеркнул, что именно они могут обобщить и обработать предложения, поступающие от граждан через различные каналы связи. В экспертный совет по созданию народной программы на выборах 2026 года вошли Герои РФ, участники СВО, представители науки и высшего образования, ракетно-космической и атомной отраслей, промышленности, бизнеса, реального сектора экономики, общественных объединений и профсоюзов. Программа будет разделена на два блока: предвыборная часть и долгосрочный план. Предложения от граждан, поступающие Президенту, партии, органам власти и общественным организациям, будут тщательно проанализированы. Наиболее популярные из них лягут в основу избирательной программы на пять лет. Второй блок программы будет включать идеологии, ценности и принципы, которых придерживается Единая Россия. Агентство стратегических инициатив представит в программу лучшие идеи от бизнеса, НКО и технологических лидеров. Партия продолжит поддерживать интересы участников спецоперации. Координатор данного направления Владимир Сайбель предложил включить в программу инициативу по трудоустройству ветеранов СВО на предприятия военно-промышленного комплекса. The Agency for Strategic Initiatives will present the best ideas from business, NGOs and technology leaders to the program. The party will continue to support the interests of the participants of the special operation. The coordinator of this direction, Vladimir Saibel, proposed to include in the program an initiative for the employment of SVO veterans at enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The Union of Theater Workers and other creative unions are ready to make their proposals, which, according to the Chairman of the Union of Theater Workers, People's Artist of Russia Vladimir Mashkov, will strengthen the cultural and semantic sovereignty of the country. В осеннюю сессию «Единая Россия» обеспечила в федеральном бюджете на 2026–2028 годы финансирование ключевых направлений социальной политики и экономики. В документе заложены средства на реализацию национальных целей развития и народной программы партии, поставленных Президентом Владимиром Путиным. На мероприятия народной программы на три года выделено почти 174 миллиарда рублей. Бюджет предусматривает выполнение всех социальных обязательств государства, включая индексацию зарплат бюджетников, пенсий и социальных пособий. Индексация превысит уровень инфляции этого года. Также предусмотрены средства на оборону и безопасность страны. Поправки на мероприятия народной программы касаются поддержки участников СВО и их семей. Более 50 миллиардов рублей направят на помощь около 400 тысячам бойцов и их близких. Ежегодно один миллиард рублей пойдёт на повышение доступности протезно-ортопедической помощи, включая участников СВО. На создание центров высокотехнологичного протезирования и реабилитации участников СВО за три года выделено более трёх миллиардов рублей. Это позволит создать не менее 10 центров уже в следующем году. Дополнительные средства направлены на развитие транспортной системы, сельского хозяйства и социальной газификации. Один миллиард рублей пойдёт на газификацию 11 тысяч домохозяйств. На поддержку многодетных семей выделено около 500 миллиардов рублей. «Детский» бюджет вырос на 6%, достигнув 11 триллионов рублей. «Единая Россия» также заложила в бюджете рост МРОТ более чем на 20% — до 27 тысяч рублей. Страховые пенсии проиндексируют на 7,6% с 1 января. Принят закон о поддержке общественных инициатив в сфере увековечения памяти жертв геноцида советского народа. The document provides funds for the implementation of the national development goals and the party's people's program set by President Vladimir Putin. Almost 174 billion rubles have been allocated for the activities of the people's program for three years. The budget provides for the fulfillment of all social obligations of the state, including indexation of salaries of state employees, pensions and social benefits. Indexation will exceed this year's inflation rate. Funds for the defense and security of the country are also provided. Amendments to the activities of the people's program concern the support of the participants of the SVO and their families. More than 50 billion rubles will be sent to help about 400 thousand fighters and their relatives. Annually, one billion rubles will go to increase the availability of prosthetic and orthopedic care, including SVO participants. More than three billion rubles have been allocated for the creation of high-tech prosthetics and rehabilitation centers for SVO participants in three years. This will allow to create at least 10 centers next year. Additional funds are aimed at the development of the transport system, agriculture and social gasification. One billion rubles will go to the gasification of 11 thousand households. About 500 billion rubles have been allocated to support large families. The "Children's" budget grew by 6%, reaching 11 trillion rubles. "United Russia" also laid in the budget an increase in the minimum wage by more than 20% - up to 27 thousand rubles. Insurance pensions will be indexed by 7.6% from January 1. The law on support of public initiatives in the field of perpetuating the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Soviet people was adopted.
