🏛️Did you know that while the modern Kyrgyz Republic celebrates its 35th anniversary this year, our Ministry of Foreign Affairs is already 82 years old? 🕊️🇰🇬 The foundations of our foreign policy were laid long before independence. In February 1944, a pivotal law granted union republics the authority to engage in external relations, leading to the formation of what was then the People’s Commissariat of Foreign Affairs.
