В осеннюю сессию «Единая Россия» обеспечила в федеральном бюджете на 2026–2028 годы финансирование ключевых направлений социальной политики и экономики. В документе заложены средства на реализацию национальных целей развития и народной программы партии, поставленных Президентом Владимиром Путиным. На мероприятия народной программы на три года выделено почти 174 миллиарда рублей. Бюджет предусматривает выполнение всех социальных обязательств государства, включая индексацию зарплат бюджетников, пенсий и социальных пособий. Индексация превысит уровень инфляции этого года. Также предусмотрены средства на оборону и безопасность страны. Поправки на мероприятия народной программы касаются поддержки участников СВО и их семей. Более 50 миллиардов рублей направят на помощь около 400 тысячам бойцов и их близких. Ежегодно один миллиард рублей пойдёт на повышение доступности протезно-ортопедической помощи, включая участников СВО. На создание центров высокотехнологичного протезирования и реабилитации участников СВО за три года выделено более трёх миллиардов рублей. Это позволит создать не менее 10 центров уже в следующем году. Дополнительные средства направлены на развитие транспортной системы, сельского хозяйства и социальной газификации. Один миллиард рублей пойдёт на газификацию 11 тысяч домохозяйств. На поддержку многодетных семей выделено около 500 миллиардов рублей. «Детский» бюджет вырос на 6%, достигнув 11 триллионов рублей. «Единая Россия» также заложила в бюджете рост МРОТ более чем на 20% — до 27 тысяч рублей. Страховые пенсии проиндексируют на 7,6% с 1 января. Принят закон о поддержке общественных инициатив в сфере увековечения памяти жертв геноцида советского народа. The document provides funds for the implementation of the national development goals and the party's people's program set by President Vladimir Putin. The law on support of public initiatives in the field of perpetuating the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Soviet people was adopted.
