Sometimes you need to wait a long time, to get shit or pretty results!

https://youtu.be/nr4-VKr8q9A?si=fZ_6OBF01nyZimZZ Guys here I wanna share some personal experiences those align with what Khabibulla Nizamov says: If you are in your mid-age 25-30s, you may have private problems in life or work. This age is quite prone to have addictions (bad habits). And you may face difficulties to maintain both emotional and physical stability. Well, this can be fixed by just daily sport. Spending your around an hour at gym, would really first relax your mind. Step-by-step you could maintain patience at your work, later you promptly feel confidence in what you’re doing. At the beginning, it might be a little challenging to get consistent practice, but once you see change in your body, in your muscles, you feel utmost satisfaction and happiness. This works with all successful people, keeps you hydrated and active throughout the day. Subsequently, people around you will start following your success road!

It is great that my knowledge is valued to review a manuscript from scientists of University of California Davis.

The era for bioinformatician is already entered into actual practice. Today, you mostly don't need to take beginning pure python or R guidebook, where it does teach you formulas or structure, rather apply real biological data in scientific analyses. So luckily, you first address the reference paper for methods of analyses, and then move on github deposited scripts, while landing your raw script into AI for rapid modification regarding your input data structure. At the end, you start writing long scripts and debugging, so far, this is being bioinformatician. https://t.me/EvolutionaryGenomics

Iyerarxik dendrogramma, sizda bir yoki bir nechta turlarning populyatsiyalaridan namunalar bo'lsa ular orasidagi faqatgina morfologik variatsiya emas, balki strukturani klasterlarga ham ajratib o'rganishingiz mumkin. Ushbu dendrogramma uch xil morfotiplarga asoslangan xolda qilindi. Rasmda blue circle va green diamond tipped namunalar bir turga mansub 2 morfotip. Unga sister klasterda esa boshqa triangular tipped namunalar boshqa ikkinchi turga tegishli. Bu analiz orqali sizda genetik DNK sekvens namunalari bo'lmasa ham turlararo va tur ichidagi strukturani o'rganishingiz mumkin. https://t.me/EvolutionaryGenomics

Big Data Analysis 223 hours with 20 threads work. A huge amount of bootstrapping and fold in population admixture analysis. https://t.me/EvolutionaryGenomics

Bor kuchidan, bor kuchi bilan foydalanish shunday bo'lsa kerak, mavjud 160 threads ning hammasi xizmatda, peak.

Linux: raw.HQ.samples.SNP.final.filtered-1.sample_standardized_label.AB_annotated.DP6.GQ20.remove_low_depth_sample.rename_chr.vcf.gz tasavvur qiling sizda shunday uzunlikdagi fayl bor. Bu bilan kod yozib ishlash nightmare, shunday paytda linuxning foydalanuvchi uchun eng zo'r funktsiyalaridan "ln -s" keladi. Bu funksiya sizga original faylga boshqa qisqa symlink orqali nom berishga yordam beradi. Masalan: ln -s raw.HQ.samples.SNP.final.filtered-1.sample_standardized_label.AB_annotated.DP6.GQ20.remove_low_depth_sample.rename_chr.vcf.gz raw.filtered.vcf.gz https://t.me/EvolutionaryGenomics

See, how GitHub and GitLab does differ in terms of interface, comfort and user-friendly design. By the way one can build a NJ phylogenetic tree of SNP data using VCF2Dis (calculate distance matrix) and FastME (-BioNJ) tree. https://t.me/EvolutionaryGenomics

“To work in a field like that you have to be confident that you’re right even when everybody else says you’re wrong.” Geoffrey Hinton describes in his official Nobel Prize interview that success comes from never giving up, even if no one believes in you. Hinton was awarded the 2024 physics prize “for foundational discoveries and inventions that enable machine learning with artificial neural networks”.
