Another obviously unconstitutional decree by President Trump: this time, the presidential decree imposes a one-year prison sentence for burning the American flag, as burning the flag provokes an uprising. Not only can criminal penalties not be imposed by presidential decree, the decree clearly contradicts the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Texas v.
