Updated @PonBot to not crash for webm content. Also will now show the tags in Inline queries if descriptions are supported. #update#ponbot

Quickly moved @anonymize_bot, @HeyAdminBot, @PermalinkBot, @ponbot (+ 🔞@p0nbot) and @RpAliasBot to the new server, as those didn't need any database migrations, as they simply don't have any database. #migration #anonymize_bot#HeyAdminBot#PermalinkBot#ponbot#p0nbot#RpAliasBot
