We are looking for a skilled Analyst to lead our payment conversion optimization efforts. The primary objective is to establish and enhance a continuous conversion improvement process. We offer: -Competitive monthly salary will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience; -Flexible work hours; -High energy, international and innovative team. -Full remote from any location Responsibilities: -Develop a vision of the current payment conversion landscape across all possible segments. -Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key issues and compile a requirement list for effective resolution. -Design and create intuitive dashboards to provide valuable insights for the business. -Establish a roadmap for conversion improvement based on business goals. -Assist in the formulation of a monitoring system, including defining technical requirements and performing data analysis. Key Duties: -Proactive attitude and a client-centric approach to troubleshoot customer concerns effectively. -Prepare and validate various acquiring schemes to optimize payment processes. -Identification and description of issues in acquirer operations. -Incident handling (diagnosing complex incidents, identifying defects and widespread issues, collaborating with developers. -Monitor and analyze service conversion rates to implement proactive adjustments. Requirements: -Essential minimum of 3 years of experience in technical (client) support for financial institutions, such as banks, FinTech companies, or PSPs, or proven track record as a data analyst. -In-depth comprehension and knowledge of payment system principles, banking practices, PSP operations, and a strong grasp of the broader landscape of online payment methodologies. -Demonstrated adaptability to evolving processes and industry dynamics. -Proficiency in comprehending and working with APIs and logs. -Proficiency in database management, configuration files, and coding is a plus. -Methodical, structured approach with an unwavering commitment to maintaining order.
