Но важно: ожидания зависят от категории. Исследование Edelman Trust Barometer показывает: бренд должен «улучшать мою жизнь» — но не любой, а только в рамках «своей» роли.
Категории с наибольшим набором ожиданий:
🌀 Health & pharma — от них ждут всего: и знаний, и поддержки, и сообщества.
🌀 Tech — должны обучать, вдохновлять и помогать делать добро.
🌀 Food & beverage — отвечают за эмоции: «сделайте мне хорошо».
