Если сотруднику пришла повестка в военкомат, обеспечьте ему своевременную явку по вызову. Вызвать в военкомат работника могут на военные сборы в мирное время, для того чтобы пройти медосмотр, при призыве на срочную службу или для уточнения документов воинского учета. Независимо от причины, в день и час, который указали в повестке, освободите его от работы и сохраните за ним средний заработок.
📚Период освобождения от работы отобразите в табеле учета рабочего времени. Используйте буквенный код «Г» или цифровой код «23» — невыход на время исполнения государственных или общественных обязанностей.
На время прохождения военных сборов сотрудника освобождают от работы. На это время за ним сохраняют постоянное место работы, должность и средний заработок.

❗️ Напоминаем: трудовой договор с сотрудниками, которых призвали на военную службу по мобилизации, приостанавливают, но не расторгают. На время приостановки договора работодатель обязан сохранить рабочее место мобилизованного работника.
