Используйте буквенный код «Г» или цифровой код «23» — невыход на время исполнения государственных или общественных обязанностей. На время прохождения военных сборов сотрудника освобождают от работы. На это время за ним сохраняют постоянное место работы, должность и средний заработок. Расходы на выплату среднего заработка за время прохождения военных сборов возмещают военные комиссариаты по местонахождению работодателя.
