Об итогах первой встречи заместителей министров финансов и управляющих центральными банками «Группы 20» 15-16 декабря заместитель Министра финансов Российской Федерации Иван Чебесков принял участие в первой встрече на уровне заместителей министров финансов и управляющих центральными банками «Группы 20». Встреча состоялась в Вашингтоне в рамках стартующего американского председательства. 📌 США объявили ключевые приоритеты финансового трека форума на 2026 год: ускорение экономического роста; преодоление глобальных дисбалансов; модернизация регулирования; повышение прозрачности долга и улучшение процесса реструктуризации суверенной задолженности; содействие развитию динамичной и безопасной экосистемы цифровых финансовых активов; совершенствование трансграничных платежей; повышение финансовой грамотности. 📈 Американское председательство проводит глубокую трансформацию и оптимизацию процессов работы форума. Деятельность финансового трека «двадцатки» направлена на обеспечение экономического роста, а темы, не относящиеся к мандату форума напрямую, исключены из повестки. Все участники поддержали обозначенный подход по «возврату к основам» и фокус на задачах, для решения которых «двадцатка» изначально была создана. Страны единодушно признали, что экономический рост – центральный приоритет «двадцатки», подчеркнув, что он невозможен без финансовой стабильности. В то же время участники выступили против вольной трактовки понятия «дерегулирование». В ходе обсуждения влияния глобальных дисбалансов на мировую экономику члены «двадцатки» сошлись во мнении, что не все дисбалансы оказывают негативное влияние, отметили необходимость всестороннего и объективного рассмотрения вопроса. «Технологические изменения, включая развитие финансовой инфраструктуры и цифровых финансовых активов, будут оказывать все большее влияние на структуру финансового рынка. Это важно учитывать при анализе глобальных дисбалансов», – заявил в своем выступлении Иван Чебесков. В рамках дискуссии по ЦФА Иван Чебесков отметил, что в России большое внимание уделяется продвижению цифровых активов, включая совершенствование законодательства в отношении ЦФА, токенизации и регулирования криптовалют. «Цифровые активы могут сделать платежи более быстрыми и доступными, что особенно важно для развивающихся рынков, а также способствовать развитию торговли, поддержанию экономического роста. Финансы должны быть мостом между странами, а не препятствием», – добавил замминистра финансов Иван Чебесков. 🌐Михаил Мурашко принял участие в заседании министров здравоохранения стран G20 В рамках работы на полях встречи министров здравоохранения стран G20 Михаил Мурашко провел двусторонние встречи с руководством систем здравоохранения Турции, Саудовской Аравии, Индии, Индонезии, ЮАР. Стороны отметили высокую заинтересованность в развитии сотрудничества с Россией в сфере: 🔴 поставок и организации производства лекарственных препаратов и медицинского оборудования; 🔴 подготовки и повышения квалификации медицинских специалистов на базе российских медицинских вузов; 🔴 совместных научных исследований в области инфекционных заболеваний; 🔴 внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта в здравоохранение. ↪️Вопросы глобального здравоохранения и повестка G20 Ключевым моментом обсуждений стала насущная необходимость в справедливой, устойчивой и жизнестойкой системе глобального здравоохранения, что было обусловлено темой председательства «Солидарность, равенство и устойчивое развитие», направленной на достижение инклюзивного будущего для всех. По итогам встреч Михаил Мурашко отметил высокий интерес стран к подготовке и повышению квалификации медицинских специалистов на базе российских медицинских вузов. — Страны заинтересованы в повышении квалификации своих медицинских работников. Также отмечалось, что в странах юга глобальный дефицит составляет более 11 млн медицинских работников. Поэтому в нашей стране сегодня получают образование студенты из 150 стран. Я хочу отметить, что именно направление подготовки персонала является основой в сотрудничестве, — сказал он. 💊 Также участники обсудили перспективы совместной работы с Россией в сфере поставок и организации производства лекарственных препаратов и медоборудования. — Мы должны вместе работать над упрощением процедур допуска лекарств, включая дженерики и инновационные препараты. Это позволит значительно улучшить качество жизни людей во всем мире, — объяснил он. — Так, например, вакцина от жёлтой лихорадки поставляется практически во все страны Африки, где существует такая проблема, — отметил он. В ходе встреч также подробно рассматривались вопросы борьбы с неинфекционными заболеваниями, повышения доступности медицинской помощи и развития первичного звена здравоохранения. —Первичная медико-санитарная помощь —основа для организации здравоохранения. Было отмечено, что опыт Российской Федерации —самый прогрессивный по модернизации первичного звена. В нашей стране —это база здравоохранения. Многие страны по этому пути также движутся, —отметил министр. — Неинфекционные заболевания — также актуальная проблема для всех стран. Многие министры здравоохранения выражали обеспокоенность в том числе распространением сахарного диабета, курения и многих других проблем, которые связаны с факторами риска ухудшения состояния здоровья. Кроме того, стороны обсудили вопросы антибиотикорезистентности, готовности к новым инфекционным угрозам и влияния климатических изменений на здоровье населения. 📄Отдельное внимание во время встреч было уделено теме финансирования систем здравоохранения. — Вопросы финансирования были ключевой темой на протяжении почти половины дня и стали лейтмотивом обсуждения. Речь шла, в частности, о коммерциализации здравоохранения, поддержке государственных программ в этой сфере, всеобщем страховании и покрытии медицинской помощью. Это является таким достижением наиболее развитых стран, — сказал Михаил Мурашко. 🗓 On December 21, at the invitation of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs 🇷🇺 young diplomats of the #ASEAN Member States’ Embassies in Moscow took part in a New Year cultural tour to Sergiev Posad ❄️🪆. During the tour, the diplomats got acquainted with the center of Russian Orthodoxy - the Holy Trinity Sergius Lavra, learned about the life of its founder, St. Sergius of Radonezh. Representatives of Cambodia 🇰🇭, Indonesia 🇮🇩, Laos 🇱🇦, Malaysia 🇲🇾, Myanmar 🇲🇲, Singapore 🇸🇬, Thailand 🇹🇭 and Vietnam 🇻🇳 inquired about the prospects of establishing contacts with Sergiev Posad as an attractive destination for tourists from Southeast Asia. 🎄The diplomats expressed hope for strengthening ASEAN-Russia socio-cultural cooperation including the youth contacts in 2025.

🗣️Comment by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on the situation on the Thai-Cambodian border(December 29, 2025) We note with satisfaction the agreements reached on a ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia following the meeting of the General Border Committee on December 27, 2025 during which a joint statement was signed. Achieving long-term peace will depend, first and foremost, on restoring political trust between the parties and making painstaking efforts to maintain it. We hope that the current agreement will be an important step towards resolving the protracted conflict, promoting bilateral dialogue to resolve existing differences through peaceful diplomatic means, in keeping with the spirit and letter of the Kuala Lumpur Declaration. Today, amid the visible deterioration of the security situation in the Asia-Pacific region, it is particularly important to act in the spirit of unity and solidarity inherent in #ASEAN to overcome existing contradictions. In this regard, we support ASEAN's mediation efforts to normalise relations between Thailand and Cambodia.

💬Excerpt from the briefing by Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova (December 11, 2025) December 13 marks 2️⃣0️⃣years since the signing of the Joint Declaration of the Heads of State/Government of the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Head of State of the Russian Federation on Progressive and Comprehensive Partnership. Signed by our respective leaders in 2005 during the first Russia-ASEAN summit in Kuala Lumpur, this fundamental document created a new path in our ties with ASEAN by setting forth the basic principles and milestones for stepping up Russia-ASEAN relations. We will be marking their 35th anniversary in 2026. ✉️Sergey Lavrov sent a message of greetings to his colleagues in ASEAN on this occasion. On a special note, I would like to recognise Malaysia. It chairs the #ASEAN this year, just like in 2005. I would also like to praise the coordinators of the Russia-ASEAN dialogue from Singapore for their contribution to drafting and coordinating the Joint Declaration which served as a foundation for elevating our relations to the level of a strategic partnership at the 2018 summit in Singapore. Importantly, even today, amid all this geopolitical turbulence, the Association shares our vision and remains our reliable partner. We have been able not only to achieve and sustain positive momentum in our relations, but also to promote new mutually beneficial avenues for cooperation to fully unlock the potential of Russia-ASEAN collaboration.

🗓 On October 23, Sochi (Russia) hosted the 5th #ASEAN-Russia Dialogue on ICT Security-Related Issues under the co-chairmanship of Russia 🇷🇺 and Myanmar 🇲🇲 on the sidelines of the Kuban CSC-2025. 🔹️The meeting reiterated the willingness of Russia and ASEAN Member States to promote interagency cooperation in finding effective solutions of issues related to the ICT security. 🔹️Particular attention was paid to the issues of combating the use of ICT for criminal purposes, capacity building through personnel training, exchanging experience. 🔹️The parties welcomed the upcoming signing of the UN Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi, October 25-26) and confirmed their readiness to strengthen cooperation on international information security within the UN and its specialized agencies, including the International Telecommunication Union, as well as at regional venues. 🔹️It was agreed to hold the next round of the ASEAN-Russia Dialogue on ICT Security-Related Issues next year.
