Our unemployment rate is above 30%, that is greater than the population of Finland and Sweden. There are vast farmlands in the north. We still have insurgency to deal with. If we invest 229 billion naira every week, we'll cut unemployment by a huge margin. If we invest that on infrastructure, we will have good roads without potholes. If we invest that on education, there will be schools in the most remote of villages and reduction in illiteracy.
