Вышла новая стабильная версия Android Studio - Otter 3 Feature Drop и в ней Google сделала верный шаг касательно AI, потому не всем подойдет их решение, а кто-то и вовсе из-за политик компании должен использовать внутренние решения. Вы можете настроить свою модель в настройках IDE в разделе "Tools" -> "AI" -> "Model Providers" Из чатов я видел что не всех получилось заводить на стабильной версии, а вот в самое свежей Canary версии работало.
