Разработчики, по его словам, выступают против использования нейросетей в летальном оружии, но допускают их эксплуатацию в оборонных и аналитических целях. Министр обороны Пит Хегсет назвал Anthropic «угрозой для цепочки поставок», отметив при этом, что процесс отключения технологий компании займет не менее шести месяцев, поскольку их алгоритмы глубоко встроены в военную инфраструктуру США. Like previous technological leaps in human history (primarily the Industrial Revolution), the AI revolution is also creating new jobs (for example, industrial specialists and data center engineers). However, this does not compensate for the rapid disappearance of other jobs. "For every new location created by AI, dozens of old ones turn out to be superfluous," writes Citrini Research. In addition, the new jobs will be paid "significantly worse than the previous ones." By 2028, economists predict job cuts will affect the office and service sectors. The number of vacancies in the manufacturing sector (construction, healthcare, handicrafts) will remain "relatively stable," Citrini writes. However, due to the fact that the crisis will hit those who consume the most, the entire US economy and almost all groups of the population will suffer. Paradoxically, according to the forecast, some companies will maintain record profits. But the number of their employees will be reduced so much that this profit will not be redistributed among the recipients of salaries, such as developers, analysts, lawyers, or project managers. The crisis of the consumer economy will lead to what can be called a "phantom GDP"—this is "economic activity that is reflected in national accounts, but never circulates in the real economy," writes Citrini. At some point, the government will react and want to intervene, for example, with the help of an "AI dividend," with which it will want to redistribute profits—in favor of AI losers.
