For example, successful entrepreneurs create products for existing markets instead of trying to sell something unique that no one wants. Similarly, to have healthy relationships, connect with people who respect and care for you, rather than chasing those who are not interested. Many people make things too difficult for themselves when trying to form habits. Instead of forcing yourself to do something uncomfortable, find ways to make it easier. For instance, if you try to read more, it’s easier to read 2 pages before going to sleep rather than trying to read 100 pages. The same is true for mastering your skills in sports or foreign languages. 10 minutes a day is much better than 2 hours:-) Comfort is an important part of forming habits.
