We spend 88 days a year on our phones – about a quarter of our lives. The average adult spends 6 hours a day on their smartphone, while Gen Z spends up to 12. Many feel their "social battery" draining from online interactions, with 52% feeling pressured to keep up with social media. Paradoxically, 62% report feeling lonely, and a quarter meet friends in person once a month or less. Nostalgia for the '90s is strong – 64% miss communicating without smartphones, and face-to-face interaction has decreased by 35% over the past 24 years. Let’s plan a digital detox this weekend and reconnect with loved ones! Больше как обычно по ссылке на английском – учите язык:-) #General_notes
