Вообще, судить о человеке по тому, ведет ли он соцсети – не самая правильная идея, как мне кажется. Соцсети можно использовать для работы, образования и бог его знает, чего еще. Поэтому активное их использование или полное осутствие человека онлайн еще ни о чем не говорит. А что вам приходит в первую очередь в голову, когда вы узнаете, что кто-то не зависает в соц сетях?
