Praise or criticism — which motivates employees more? В одном из недавних опросов выяснилось, что ни то, ни другое: главный мотиватор для большинства опрошенных – самосовершенствование. Однако, важность того или иного мотиватора зависит от пола, образования и возраста. 🔹 Gender Women value praise and gratitude more than men (46% vs. 28%). Men more often say they are motivated by internal factors rather than external ones (48% vs. 33% of women). 🔹 Age The importance of praise increases with age: among employees under 35, 34% value praise, while among employees aged 45 and older — 45%. The desire to be motivated by criticism decreases with age: 10% of young people want criticism as motivation versus 5% of the older group. 🔹 Education The more educated the employee, the less important praise is. University graduates are more focused on self-improvement (47%), while graduates of vocational schools value praise more (45%). Вот такие результаты.
