Closed sales in July were mostly for contracts signed in May and June, and mortgage rates, according to the Freddie Mac PMMS, 6.82% in May and 6.82% in June (somewhat higher than for closed sales in June). Closed Sales in JulyIn July, sales in these early reporting markets were down 1.4% YoY. Last month, in June, these same markets were up 3.8% year-over-year Not Seasonally Adjusted (NSA). Important: There were the same number of working days in July 2025 (22) as in July 2024 (22). So, the year-over-year change in the headline SA data will be similar to the NSA data. Не уверена, что кто-то пытался провести анализ соответствия между именем и проектом) Если вы решите начать строить что-то в китайской провинции Гуандун (это там, где Гуанчжоу), то придется выполнять Правила по наименованию жилых проектов. Правила такие: / "здание" (building) - можно применять к проекту выше 20 этажей и площадью от 30 тыс квм в большом городе (от 500 тыс именно городского населения) , для среднего или малого города такое название доступно при этажности от 15 и площади от 10 тыс. / "площадь" (square) - если площадь участка от 1 га или общая площадь построенного от 100 тыс квм. Проект должен быть окружен дорогами по периметру, а в коммерческой части проекта не менее 2 тыс квм - открытое общественное пространство, без учета парковок. /"деревня" (village) - плотное, достаточно самостоятельное поселение, плоащдь земли не менее 10 га с собственной инфраструктурой (детские сады, школы и т.д.) /"парк" (park) - площадь участка от 2 га или общая площадь построенного от 100 тыс квм, при этом озелененные территории и территории для отдыха - не менее 35% от площади участка. /"сад" (garden), "двор" (courtyard, court), "резиденция" (residence) - площадь участка 1-2 га, площадь застройки 50-100 тыс квм. /"вилла" (villa) - площадь участка от 1 га, плотность застройки до 0,5, процент застройки участка - менее 25%, площадь приусадебных участков, садов и т.д. больше чем площадь застройки. Такой проект должен быть расположен в малоэтажной, низкоплотной пригородной зоне с высоким классом недвижимости. /"шале" (chalet ) - то же, что и вилла, но построенное в горной местности. /"центр" (center) - одно или группа зданий на участке от 2 га, или общей площадью от 200 тыс квм c какой-то ведущей функцией. Если название "центр" используется, то ведущая функция должна быть включена в название (жилой центр, развлекательный центр и т.д.) Название вы не можете просто начать писать в объявлениях. Сначала нужно его зарегистрировать. Для этого нужно заявление с кучей приложенных бумажек - права на землю, план застройки, эскизы, разрешение на строительство. До получения согласование на название публиковать рекламную информацию с названием нельзя. #housing

The key point is the date the transaction is officially completed. For the incentive to apply, the legal transfer must take place in 2026—either through signing a deed of sale and purchase before a PPAT officer, or through a fully paid and notarized preliminary sale agreement (PPJB).
