Yaxshi mutaxassislar to’g’ri savollar berish va to’g’ri javobni imkoni boricha tezroq olishga harakat qilishadi.
To’g’ri savol berishning eng asosiy qoidalaridan biri - ochiq savollar. Ingliz tilida “open-ended questions” deb ataladigan bu qoidada savolga “ha” yoki “yo’q” deb javob berib bo’lmaydi. Odatda, ochiq savollar ancha keng, to’liq, maqsadga tezroq erishishga yordam beradigan javoblar olishga yordam beradi. Va bu savollar “nega”, “qanday (qilib)”, “qaysi”, “nima”, “kim” va hokazo yordamchi so’zlardan foydalanadi.
Ochiq savollar:
- O’zingizni qanday his qilyapsiz hozir?
- Nega bu loyiha bilan shug’ullanish biz uchun hozir muhim, deb o’ylaysiz?
- Bugun sizni ofisda nechada kutsak bo’ladi?

P.S.: Ingliz tilida savollarni so’rashda iltifot sifatida “could/can you please” ishlatiladi, lekin bu savolni “yopmaydi.” Savolning ikkinchi qismidagi so’ralayotgan narsa muhimligicha qoladi: “could you please describe how are you feeling right now?” savoliga “yes, I can”, deb to’xtab qolish kulgili pauzaga olib keladi.
P.P.S.: Bu yo’nalishni ko’proq o’rganishni xohlaydiganlarga “Start with NO…” kitobini tavsiya qilaman. Yillar oldin bu kitob menga ancha foyda bergan.
