#summary Today,I did the fourest Covid-19 Nucleic Acid PCR Test.I will end my isolation tomorrow.My performance is bad.I just visited some website.I did nothing with my study.It is difficult to keep a learning state for me when I'm alone.The more I wanted to do something but I didn't do anything.And once I watched TV series or novel,I must finish it as soon as possible,I can't stop it.So,I must control myself for the goal next year and must limit my entertainment options.This channel not only the knowledge share,but also my power to insist.

#summary For the English study,I need to think about it.My goal is pass the exam,so I have to targeted training.This exam examine reading and writing capability mainly.About reading capability,I need increase my vocabulary and reading English books.Then I need training long and incomprehensible sentences accompany the teacher.Finally,just test it by real question.About writing,just like this,write down what I think everyday and use I learned.Most important is don't procrastinating.
