This occurred yesterday, April 25, 2026. According to local sources, an armed group kidnapped the victim on April 20, 2026, in the #Duwayla neighborhood, east of Damascus. The group proceeded to extort his family, demanding a ransom payment and using foreign phone numbers to make contact. They subsequently killed him after his family refused to meet their demands.
