Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of #Türkiye, has postponed his planned visit to the United Arab Emirates after holding a phone call with Emirati President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to convey his wishes for a swift recovery following reports of a recent health issue.
During the telephone conversation, President Erdoğan expressed his concern over Sheikh Mohammed’s condition and extended his get-well wishes, reaffirming the importance Türkiye places on its relations with the UAE and the well-being of its leadership.
In light of the illness, Erdoğan decided to postpone his scheduled February 16 visit to Abu Dhabi. Turkish officials said the visit would be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time once the UAE leader’s condition improves.
