#dev

Russia Tightens Stadium Fan Rules Russia has introduced stricter regulations for fans at stadiums. Banners, flags, and slogans will now be checked against traditional spiritual and moral values outlined in a presidential decree. Any inscriptions or symbols deemed offensive or likely to provoke negative reactions are banned. Behavioral rules have also been expanded to prohibit acts that insult the honor and dignity of participants and spectators. Whether these measures will restore order or fuel fan discontent remains uncertain. #Russia#sports#fans#traditions The main news of Russia and the world ishere.
