The service provides DN42 connectivity to members who cannot easily access their own networks, as well as to those who would like to explore DN42 without the overhead of maintaining their own network.
By default, addresses are allocated from a /96 block. If you wish to lease a dedicated /96 prefix or a larger address space, please contact me using the methods provided in the contact information.
All publicly accessible PoP are blocked for IPs originating from within China. DN42 access from within China is not publicly available. If you genuinely require access, please contact me and provide a valid justification.

🌍International Youth Festival – 2026
On September 11–17, #Yekaterinburg will serve as a global platform for dialogue and collaboration among young people at #IYF2026.
The capital of the Urals is set to welcome 10,000 participants from approximately 190 countries, aged between 14 and 35.

Russia and India have developed a special privileged strategic partnership based on mutual trust and respect.
🇷🇺🇮🇳 The core spheres of cooperation between our two countries include efforts to step up political dialogue in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks, as well as ensuring that agencies in charge of economic and financial matters, energy, arms manufacturing, science and culture work more closely together.
Russia’s and India’s Foreign Ministers will pay special attention to the current and future avenues for promoting bilateral cooperation. They will also discuss the schedule for future contacts.
