The service provides DN42 connectivity to members who cannot easily access their own networks, as well as to those who would like to explore DN42 without the overhead of maintaining their own network.
By default, addresses are allocated from a /96 block. If you wish to lease a dedicated /96 prefix or a larger address space, please contact me using the methods provided in the contact information.
All publicly accessible PoP are blocked for IPs originating from within China. DN42 access from within China is not publicly available. If you genuinely require access, please contact me and provide a valid justification.

🗓 On October 22–24, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will take part in the #BRICS Summit in Kazan under the chairship of Russia. The Summit is themed Strengthening Multilateralism for Just Global Development and Security.
During meetings held in both restricted and expanded formats, the BRICS leaders will exchange views on pressing issues on the global and regional agenda, discuss the three main pillars of cooperation identified by the Russian chairship: politics and security, the economy and finance, and cultural and humanitarian ties.
☝️ Particular attention will be given to the potential expansion of BRICS through the proposed establishment of a new category of ”partner nations.“
Reports will also be delivered by the Chair of the New Development Bank, the Business Council, the Interbank Cooperation Mechanism, and the Women's Business Alliance.
The outcomes of these discussions will be summarised in the Kazan Summit Declaration.
🌐 On the final day of the summit, a BRICS Plus/Outreach format meeting will be convened, with representatives from nearly forty countries in attendance. Among them are leaders from the CIS, delegations from numerous Asian, African, Middle Eastern, and Latin American countries, as well as heads of executive bodies from various international organisations.
The agenda includes discussions on pressing international issues, with a particular focus on the escalating situation in the Middle East and interactions between the BRICS countries and the Global South in the interests of sustainable development.
🤝 Vladimir Putin will hold bilateral meetings with almost all the leaders participating in the Summit.

🔉Call for Essays: Open Dialogue “The Future of the World”
Open Dialogue is a global platform uniting experts, policymakers, academics, business leaders, and journalists to shape a shared agenda for sustainable global growth with a focus on the interests of the Global Majority.
🌐 Launched in April 2025 at the National Centre RUSSIA, the inaugural Open Dialogue brought together voices from 100+ countries, with 700 essays across four key themes:
• Human Capital
• Environment
• Technology
• Connectivity
The most outstanding contributors were invited to Moscow for in-person discussions. The initiative resulted in analytical reports and essay collections presented at #SPIEF2025.
❗️The second Open Dialogue invites authors to submit ideas until January 30, 2026.

🎙 The international essay competition the 2nd Open Dialogue “The Future of the World: A New Platform for Global Growth” is on-going, open to submission.
Authors are invited to submit their analytical and conceptual works on one of the four topics:
• Investment in People
• Investment in Technology
• Investment in the Environment
• Investment in Connectivity
To take part, you must register on the official project website and submit your essay using the special form. The deadline for submissions is December 26, 2025. All essays must meet the established content and formatting requirements.
Authors of the best works selected for the shortlist by the Expert Council will be invited to take part in the Open Dialogue in person, which will be held in Moscow in April 2026. The winners will have the opportunity to participate in major international economic forums, including the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (#SPIEF), June 3–6, 2026.
The Open Dialogue “The Future of the World: A New Platform for Global Growth” is organized by the National Center “Russia” and the Intersectoral Expertise Center “Third Rome” with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, and VEB.RF.
