The service provides DN42 connectivity to members who cannot easily access their own networks, as well as to those who would like to explore DN42 without the overhead of maintaining their own network.
By default, addresses are allocated from a /96 block. If you wish to lease a dedicated /96 prefix or a larger address space, please contact me using the methods provided in the contact information.
All publicly accessible PoP are blocked for IPs originating from within China. DN42 access from within China is not publicly available. If you genuinely require access, please contact me and provide a valid justification.

✨️ Registration for the 2026 World Youth Festival is now open!
The Festival will take place in Yekaterinburg, Russia, from September 11 to 17, bringing together up to 10,000 young leaders from 190 countries.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts and peers across a wide range of fields, including:
🔸️creative industries and media;
🔸️science and technology;
🔸️public administration and the social sector;
🔸️sports and entrepreneurship.
The Festival will be held as part of the “Youth and Children” National Project during the Year of Unity of Peoples, declared by President Vladimir Putin, and will showcase Russia’s cultural diversity and rich traditions to an international audience.
❗️Pakistani youth aged 18 to 35 are invited to apply and take part in this unique global event.

🌏¡Ha comenzado la convocatoria para el Festival Internacional de la Juventud 2026!
🇷🇺Ekaterinburgo, 10 000 líderes de 190 países. ¿Qué le espera en el Festival Internacional de la Juventud?
• Un nuevo nivel de diálogo: delegaciones sectoriales
Por primera vez, las delegaciones se formarán según criterios profesionales. Reuniremos en un mismo espacio a los mejores del mundo en:

• Ciencia y tecnología

🤝 Esto creará un entorno sin precedentes para la colaboración práctica tanto de adultos como de jóvenes: en el festival participarán 1000 adolescentes de entre 14 y 17 años —500 de Rusia y 500 del extranjero— con un programa infantil independiente, y 2000 voluntarios participarán en la preparación y realización del evento.
