The service provides DN42 connectivity to members who cannot easily access their own networks, as well as to those who would like to explore DN42 without the overhead of maintaining their own network.
By default, addresses are allocated from a /96 block. If you wish to lease a dedicated /96 prefix or a larger address space, please contact me using the methods provided in the contact information.
All publicly accessible PoP are blocked for IPs originating from within China. DN42 access from within China is not publicly available. If you genuinely require access, please contact me and provide a valid justification.

Приглашаем вас присоединиться к нашей лаборатории Нервных и нейроэндокринных регуляций ИБР РАН (Москва, м. Ленинский проспект, ул. Вавилова) для выполнения дипломной работы, которая будет посвящена изучению механизмов нарушения аксонального транспорта в дофаминергических нейронах среднего мозга при моделировании болезни Паркинсона in vitro.
Работа будет проводиться на первичной культуре мезенцефалона мышей (TH-GFP) на Э13. Модель болезни Паркинсона будет инициироваться с помощью MPP+, вызывающего окислительный стресс и гибель дофаминергических нейронов. Основные задачи: оценка скорости аксонального транспорта, анализ экспрессии генов и уровня белков, связанных с транспортом. Это исследование позволит вам освоить методы работы с клеточными культурами, изучить молекулярные методы (ПЦР, ИГХ).
Если вы интересуетесь нейробиологией, патофизиологией нейродегенеративных заболеваний и хотите получить опыт в экспериментальной работе на клеточных культурах, то мы будем рады видеть Вас в нашем коллективе.
