The service provides DN42 connectivity to members who cannot easily access their own networks, as well as to those who would like to explore DN42 without the overhead of maintaining their own network.
By default, addresses are allocated from a /96 block. If you wish to lease a dedicated /96 prefix or a larger address space, please contact me using the methods provided in the contact information.
All publicly accessible PoP are blocked for IPs originating from within China. DN42 access from within China is not publicly available. If you genuinely require access, please contact me and provide a valid justification.

RUSSIAN BORDER GUARDS REMOVE MARKERS FROM ESTONIAN WATERS IN NARVA RIVER
#Russia's border guard removed more than 20 buoys demarcating shipping lanes from the #Narva River in #Estonia on Thursday (May 23), Estonia's PPA said.
The Estonian government is seeking clarification.
Eerik Purgel, head of the PPA's Eastern Prefecture, said Russia has not yet explained its actions.

В субботу Нарва стала финно-угорской культурной столицей. Как культурная столица родственных народов, Нарва может подчеркнуть свое финно-угорское происхождение и стать местом, где родственные народы смогут собраться в трудные времена.
Нарва - преимущественно русскоязычный город, но с глубокими финно-угорскими корнями. Прибалтийско-финские племена жили там на протяжении веков, и титул финно-угорской культурной столицы мог бы побудить нарвитян искать свои корни.
"Среди людей, живущих в Нарве, значительная часть тех, чьи предки были либо ингерманландцами, ижорцами или водью. Это все-таки часть идентичности", - сказал советник "Фенно-Угрии" Яак Прозес.
"Здесь много людей с финно-угорскими корнями, но все считают их русскими. Некоторые даже не знают, откуда родом их предки. Это хорошая возможность изучить свою биографию и происхождение семьи", - сказала организатор финно-угорской культурной столицы Екатерина Кузнецова.
В трудные времена приграничный город является знаковым местом, где родственные народы могут собраться.
"То, что сегодня нельзя встретить своих братских народов по ту сторону границы, нельзя поехать туда в гости, означает, что мы должны сами прилагать усилия здесь, чтобы был повод собраться.
