#预警#Vodafone#英国#灵车#黑名单 ————————— 《讨沃书》 —— Vodafone UK 几宗罪 ————————— 作为全英国乃至全欧洲最大的电话公司，牢沃的行为彻底给我印象改观了. 最近由于Vodafone跟3UK随机掐漫游，遂决定润到(PAC transfer)GiffGaff。 当时我的卡内还有40GBP余额，想让Vodafone退，毕竟40GBP也是个不小的数目，联系客服，好戏就开始了。 Vodafone PAYG的客服是严重的外包，所以能看见不少业务不熟练的印度客服，每一个客服一个说法。 申请退款的时候，客服叫我增加卡，因为我之前一直是走的PayPal充值的话费，好，那我就加卡，结果直接给你用那个抽象到家的vestapay卡你，过了3ds也给你加不上（APP内），后面也是自己摸索，在网页的Control limit那个的billing method成功地加上了英国Chase。 我以为这就完了，就兴冲冲地去找客服，结果换了个客服，我把卡的尾号报了出来，结果这个客服倒好来了句更抽象的 Thank you so much for your patience. Unfortunately, pas you go account does not give us the option to refund the credit online. I request you to please contact our team at 03333041066 or 2345 & Option 2 > Option 1 > Option 1. They will take your bank account details and process the refund directly. 行，那打电话就打吧，先拿另一个Vodafone打2345，输入2-1-1的选项我乐了，好嘛，这是让你订购vodafone的big value包，而不是refund退款。 这条路不通，就直接打的 +443333041066 的人工客服，结果这客服是外包的，说是REFUND,他问你要不要TOPUP,这位更是重量级，业务水平更是抽象。 于是乎，我也无语了，遂打开Google搜索 "Vodafone PAYG refund"，这不搜不知道，一搜吓一跳，好嘛，都卡着不退款是吧，link1，link2 ，原来我不是一个人，大家原来都这样啊，都是嘴上承诺说退款，你不催等60days一过vodafone就不用退了。 之前问客服还有说什么给你发个secure link让你写你的credit/debit信息说什么不会窃取隐私，还有客服说什么发个link让你填写PayPal，磨磨唧唧一个客服一个说法。。。。 后面找到了几个英国哥们，问了下他们，Vodafone对待上台(contract)用户跟预付（PAYG）用户简直两样，我自己也遇到过，在PAYG的时候找客服他就变着法忽悠你加入上台用户，而且上台用户服务态度极好（最起码问上台的问题客服不是外包的印度客服），还有就是之前偷渡eSIM，激活，真的就是看客服能力，预付卡漫游掐线还是随机狼人杀..... 对于giffgaff，本来我之前因为他家aff的行为很不爽（因为我拉不到），除去这个不必要因素，GG的服务确实可以，可以提现aff还可以退款直接到PayPal，社区动不动就送钱，真的是全英国最会赚钱的电话公司。 仅代表个人观点，Vodafone UK在我心里是最大的灵车实体运营商，能润掉Vodafone赶紧润到其他运营商 目前UK能搞得eSIM总结了下 Vodafone UK(无需偷渡 直接转eSIM但是问题多) 3UK(随机掐漫游) LycaMobile(灵车不多解释) GiffGaff(目前看来最好用的) O2(contract) 上台没法开 EE(contract) 上台没法开 再就是这几家实体预付卡再加一个lebara的实体预付卡 ————————— 本文章仅代表本人与本频道观点 忍不住还是想骂vodafone UK，于是就发了出来
