All flat buyers enjoy a housing subsidy when they buy a BTO flat. In addition, eligible first-timers will receive the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) of up to $80,000. For resale flats, eligible first-time homebuyers can receive up to $160,000 in grants. As a result, the vast majority of first-timer families are able to service their monthly HDB housing loans using their CPF, with little or no cash payments. #PublicHousing#bto#housinggrant#HDB
