🇺🇿🔄 #30 — Yana Bir Bosqich Suhbat bo‘ldi — va men deyarli Assistant Manager, shu bilan birga Outlet In-Charge lavozimiga ko‘tarildim. (Yangi uy, Yangi Maosh, Yangi Ish,Yangi Hamkasblar va Yangi Hayot Tarzi) Endi ish ko‘proq ofisga yo‘naltirilgan, lekin ayni paytda javobgarliklar ham ancha ortgan edi. Bu o‘z-o‘zidan bo‘lmadi — niyat, ishonch va harakat o‘z samarasini ko‘rsata boshladi. Shunga qaramay, men hali ham o‘sha kompaniyada yagona o‘zbek edim😛. Faqatgina martaba emas, balki ishonch va imkoniyatlar darajasi ham oshgan edi. Endi esa savol: Keyingi bosqich nima? Alloh eshitdi, ko‘rdi va yo‘l ochdi. Endi esa yangi sahifa ochildi. The job became more office-oriented, but with that came increased responsibility and expectations. It didn’t happen overnight — intentions, faith, and consistent effort were beginning to show results. Still, I remained the only Uzbek in the entire company. That alone felt like a personal and cultural achievement. Not just a promotion — but a rise in trust, responsibility, and visibility. Now the question is: What’s next? Allah had heard, seen, and opened the way. Now a new page was turning.
