What a year 2025 has been. It started with a softness that made me believe everything was finally falling into place. But slowly, life shifted in ways I never saw coming. People drifted, plans faded, and the stability I held onto slipped through my hands until I was left facing quiet losses I didn’t even know how to name. Some days felt heavier than others, and I wondered how much more my heart could carry. But even with the ache, even with the uncertainty, I’m still here. Still trying. Still finding small pieces of strength in the middle of everything that changed. Here’s to holding on, growing through it, and finding our way one day at a time. #EverythingILived

Remember how they disrespected you when your heart was pure. People will take advantage of your kindness and then act like you were the problem. They’ll forget your loyalty, your support, your quiet sacrifices but never forget how quick they were to doubt you, dismiss you, or treat you like you were replaceable. One day, they’ll realize what it meant to have someone with a genuine heart in their life. One day, they’ll understand the value of the energy you brought. After 3 years and 4 months, I’m closing a meaningful chapter at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. This journey has been filled with growth, learning, and collaboration. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the milestones we celebrated together as a team. Working alongside people from diverse cultures and backgrounds has taught me more than I ever expected — both professionally and personally. As I turn the page to a new chapter, I carry with me the lessons, values, and relationships that will continue to shape my journey ahead. 🇺🇿Post 49 Bir davr tugadi... and I say Alhamdulilah. 🙏🌍 1 joyda, 1 muhitda, kamida 56 ta millat vakillari bilan 3 yil ishlash — bu oddiy tajriba emas, bu hayot darsligi edi🥲 Millatimiz, dinimiz, tilimiz turlicha bo‘lsa-da, biz deyarli oila bo‘lib ketgandik. Har bir kun, har bir suhbat, har bir hamkasb — o‘zgacha iz qoldirdi. Ketish oson emas. Lekin hayotda o‘sish uchun ba’zida og‘ir qarorlar qabul qilish kerak bo‘ladi. Kop 1 ta company da ishlaganimni yana bir + tomoni: bu yerda qoidalar aniq. Agar siz bir kompaniyada 1 yildan ko‘proq ishlasangiz, yil yakunida sizga “Gratuity” (ish staji uchun mukofot)to‘lanadi olayotgan oyligingizga qo’shimcha tarzida. Mening holatimda, 3 yildan oshganim sababli, taxminan $3000 oxirgi oylik ustiga to‘lansa kerak. Bu yerda ishni tark etish ham tizimli: Ishdan bo‘shash arizasi topshirilsa, sizga notice period — ya’ni 1 oy ishlash muddati beriladi. Ha, o‘sha kuni men arizani topshirdim. U menga Emirates assessmentidan o‘tolmaganimni eslatadi, lekin shuningdek, yanada kuchliroq orzu va ishtiyoqni uyg‘otadi. Lekin yaxshi bilaman, har bir muvaffaqiyatsizlik — bu yangi imkoniyat, har bir sinov — o‘sish uchun qadam. Bu rasm menga “balki keyingi safar” degan umid va ilhom beradi. 🇺🇿 Post 46 — Yangi Boshlanishlar 🌍✈️ Bir oy ham juda tez o‘tib ketdi. Endi yana ishga qaytyapman. Vatanimni tark etish og‘riqli, albatta, lekin kelajak uchun yaxshi imkoniyatlarga intilish — bu ham hayotning bir qismi. Har qanday qiyinchilik orqasida yangi imkoniyatlar yashirin. Yana BAAga qaytaman! Bu safar yanada ko‘proq tajriba, o‘sish va yutuqlar bilan qaytaman 🤲 Kelajak uchun kurash davom etadi! 🙌✨ 🇬🇧 Post 46 — One Month and New Beginnings 🌍✈️ One month flew by so fast. Now, I’m heading back to work. Leaving my homeland is painful, for sure, but striving for better opportunities is a part of life. Behind every hardship lies a new chance. I’m returning to the UAE and the Ladurée family! This time with even more experience, growth, and achievements. Moving forward with patience and confidence.
