🇺🇿🔄#21 — Sabr, Mehnat Orzular Haqiqatga Aylandi Ba’zan ko‘zlarimga yosh keladi, chunki nima so‘rasam, Alloh berayotgandek tuyuladi. So’ragan narsalarimning kelish vaqtida farq bo‘lishi mumkin, lekin hammasi birin-ketin sodir bo‘layotgan edi🥹Kelganimda, Kapitan oq ko‘ylakda yurishini ko‘rib, unga havas qilardim va shunday mentor bo‘lishni orzu qilardim. Endi esa, mana shu orzuga erishdim. Yaxshi ishladim, har kuni yangi narsalarni o‘rgandim. Oradan vaqt o‘tib, sabr va mehnat ortidan 2023 yilda promotion oldim va Kapitan bo‘ldim. Maoshimga ham teng yarim qo‘shildi, Alhamdulillah. Bu menga yanada ko‘proq mas’uliyat va ishonch berdi. Har bir kichik qadam meni orzularimga yaqinlashtirar va har doim oldinga intilish uchun kuch berar edi. 🇬🇧🔄#21 — Patience, Hard Work, and Dreams Come True Sometimes tears come to my eyes because it feels like Allah is granting everything I ask for. The timing of receiving what I ask for may differ, but everything was happening step by step. When I arrived, I admired the Captain in the white shirt and dreamed of becoming a mentor like him. Now, I have achieved that dream. I worked hard and learned something new every day. After some time, through patience and hard work, I got promoted to Captain in 2023. My salary also increased by half, Alhamdulillah. This gave me more responsibility and confidence. Every small step brought me closer to my dreams and always gave me the strength to keep moving forward. #EverythingILived
