К сожалению, традиционно конструктивная работа в рамках АТЭС в этом году омрачена попытками США, Австралии, Канады, Новой Зеландии и Японии привнести в повестку дня Форума «украинский сюжет», а также возложить на Россию ответственность за неблагоприятное положение дел в мировой экономике. Терпеливо разъясняем партнерам, что рост цен на продовольствие и энергетические товары, как и в целом развитие инфляционных тенденций, наблюдаются уже несколько лет и объясняются: 👉 вызванными пандемией сбоями в глобальных и региональных стоимостных цепочках, 👉 безоглядной «накачкой» мировой экономики ликвидностью в рамках ультралиберальной кредитно-денежной политики эмитентов основных резервных валют. Россия является инициатором или активным участником реализации более чем 20 проектов АТЭС в таких сферах, как торговля и инвестиции, цифровая трансформация, устойчивое и инклюзивное развитие. Отмечаем взвешенную и конструктивную позицию таиландского председательства, которое Россия всецело поддерживает. It also solves the issue of ambiguous times at the end of daylight saving time, which you can read more about in the Python Library Reference (`datetime.tzinfo`).
