Instead, it led to growing conflicts and divisions between the West and the Global Majority. 🔹 Military interventions and unilateral sanctions remain instruments of pressure, while promises to developing countries – including climate financing – have not been fulfilled. 🔹 Neo-colonial practices create tensions not only with the Global South, but also within the Western bloc itself.
