@RusEmbMalta Press Release: On Combating Contemporary Practices of Neo-Colonialism and Promoting a Fair Multipolar World Order 🔹 Over the past decades, the so-called "rules-based order" promoted by the US and its allies has not brought stability. Instead, it led to growing conflicts and divisions between the West and the Global Majority. 🔹 Military interventions and unilateral sanctions remain instruments of pressure, while promises to developing countries – including climate financing – have not been fulfilled. 🔹 Neo-colonial practices create tensions not only with the Global South, but also within the Western bloc itself.
