И Он ответил: У городских ворот и у домашних очагов вы падаете ниц, поклоняясь своей свободе, как рабы поклоняются тирану и восхваляют его, хотя он убивает их одного за другим. В храмовой роще, в тени цитадели я видел, как самые свободные из вас надевают на себя свободу как ярмо и кандалы. И сердце моё истекало кровью в груди; ибо свобода начинается там, где даже желание свободы становится уздой, где не говоришь о свободе как о конечной цели. Вы станете воистину свободны, когда ваши дни будут наполнены заботами, а ночи - желанием и горем, но всё это не окольцует вашу жизнь, вы сможете подняться, нагие и ничем не связанные. И как же вам вознестись над днями и ночами, если не разбить цепей, которые сами надели на себя на заре понимания? Воистину то, что вы называете свободой - крепче всех цепей, хотя звенья блестят на солнце и ослепляют. И от чего же вам освобождаться, если не от частей самих себя, чтоб обрести свободу? Коль захотите отменить несправедливые законы, помните, что написали те законы у себя на лбу своею же рукой. Вам не стереть это закон, сжигая книги и отмывая лбы судей, вылейте на них хоть море. Коль захотите свергнуть деспота, для начала разрушьте его трон внутри себя. Ибо как тирану управлять свободными и гордыми, если не тиранией их свободы и не стыдом из собственной гордыни? Коль собрались отринуть все заботы, вспомните, что выбрали их сами. Коль собрались избавиться от страха, найдите место страха в своём сердце, а не в руке того, кто страх внушает. Воистину всё движется внутри тебя в непрерывном полуобъятии: желанное и внушающее ужас, оттталкивающее и манящее, то, к чему стремишься, и то, от чего бежишь. Все это движется в тебе как свет и тени, связанные неразрывно. И когда блекнет и пропадает тень, остается свет, и становится тенью света другого. On September 21, Sergey Lavrov arrived to the United Nations Headquarters in New York to participate in the 77th Session of the UN General Assembly (#UNGA77). 🤝 On the first day the Minister's working schedule was packed: • Working meeting of CSTO Foreign Ministers • Talks with President of the CAR Faustin-Archange Touadéra and President of Switzerland Ignazio Cassis • Meetings with Ministers of Foreign Affairs of China, Brazil, Bolivia and Egypt • Meetings with President of the ICRC Peter Maurer and IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi • Meeting in the Astana Format • The signing of The Inter-Ministerial Consultations Plan between the Foreign Ministries of Russia and Venezuela • Talks with President of the 77th UNGA session Csaba Kőrösi Stay tuned for #Day2.
