I was pleased to visit the Colebrook Community Child Care Center, also known as Country Day School last week to discuss the challenges facing caregivers across New Hampshire, especially in the North Country.

Today marks the somber three-year anniversary of the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan. Since that day, the Taliban has violently oppressed women, girls and other at-risk populations. The U.S. and international community must hold the Taliban accountable for their crimes.

I was thrilled to join community members for the groundbreaking of a new net-zero housing development in Hudson this morning. These new energy-efficient units will help address the housing shortage while saving homeowners money on their utility bills for years to come.
