Tonight we came across the work of South Korean interior designer Jinil Park. In his project "Drawing Series," the designer literally brings sketches and doodles to life. Each furniture piece is one-of-a-kind, and the name says it all. No excess, and we suspect not much comfort either )) but it will definitely make a statement in any interior 👀 #дизайн#интерьер#мебель#дизайнинтерьера#минимализм #design#interior#furniture#interiordesign#minimalism FirstPass

This summer, we’re clearly in for another wave of wild phone case designs—and honestly, we’re already prepared. Take the latest by Brazilian brand Havaianas: a phone case styled after everyone’s favorite flip-flops. It’s a bold, eye-catching accessory, no doubt, though how practical it is remains to be seen. But for that viral social media shot? Absolutely perfect. #Design#PhoneAccessories#Havaianas FirstPass

Lenny Kravitz isn’t just a legendary rock star — he’s also a hands-on interior designer. We recently came across photos of his private Paris residence, a project he personally designed from scratch. The result? Looks like it was crafted by a seasoned design pro, not a rock rebel. What’s more, Lenny shares our deep love for antiques and vintage treasures. And as any truly luxurious interior should reflect its owner, his personality shines through in the abundance of art pieces scattered throughout the space. #Интерьер#Дизайн#ЛенниКравиц#Винтаж #Interior#Design#LennyKravitz#Vintage FirstPass

We just stumbled upon a house that feels like it’s been pulled straight out of a daydream. Casacor — the São Paulo-based design studio founded in 2015 — has truly outdone themselves with their latest project, spanning 2,000 m². Designed for a young couple and their daughter (plus all their friends, family, and anyone who just loves a great invite), the home is all about warmth and openness. The concept? Seamlessly blending nature and architecture — case in point, a garden wall that flows right into one of the interior rooms. That one’s definitely our favorite. Everything works: the flood of natural light, the muted color palette, the private pool area, the minimalist approach to the home’s main structure. Bottom line — we’re already dying to see more from the inside and can’t wait for the AD feature. #Дизайн#Архитектура -> #Design#Architecture FirstPass

Today in our interior design series: a minimalist apartment in Melbourne’s vibrant Fitzroy, known for its leafy parks and heritage buildings. Designer Mitchell Zurak’s two-level home blends elegance and contrast. The ground floor showcases art by his creative peers; upstairs, a functional living space features designer touches — a chair by Michael Gittings, a lamp by Brahman Perera, a marbled mirror from Cordon Salon, and a perfectly chosen blue for the interior doors. A true creative sanctuary — endlessly inspiring. #design#minimalism#Melbourne FirstPass

In a quiet Kew suburb, a home by architect John Wardle—winner of the 2020 Australian Institute of Architects’ Gold Medal—enters the market. Designed for his family, it’s a landmark of Australian architecture, having won the National AIA Interior Architecture Award two decades ago. Writer Richard Flanagan, Wardle’s neighbor on Bruny Island, praised his ability to “transform materials and space into something new, allowing us to see with fresh, elevated eyes.” Every detail here—the timber grain, light quality—is intentional. Wardle lived here for years with his family. Nature blends seamlessly, from garden views to the private backyard—perfect for those who value serene, thoughtful design. #architecture#design#homes FirstPass

We just found out that Yves Saint Laurent’s Moroccan villa is up for sale. The designer, together with his partner Pierre Bergé, bought it back in the 1980s and transformed it into a true private museum. Turns out, the property has been listed with Sotheby’s Realty since December 2021—but a buyer still hasn’t been found… Learn more#design#vintage#luxuryreal estate FirstPass
