Founded by Ronnie Fieg, who started in shoes at 13, the brand launched in 2011 with stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn. “Kith” means “friends and family”—a nod to Ronnie’s close-knit circle. It began with sneaker collabs (Adidas, Nike, Puma), then expanded to loungewear in 2012. “More people asked about my pants than my shoes—that’s when I knew I was on track,” he said.
