Its incredible tenderness, smoothness, and delicate texture impressed us deeply. We decided to study the secrets of making this unique treat and discovered that the process is actually quite simple. The uniqueness of “live chocolate” lies in achieving the right consistency by combining certain ingredients at a specific temperature. Inspired by this discovery, we added our own ideas, improved the technology, and created a new unique product — “alive.” It pairs perfectly with a strong espresso or americano, which highlight the chocolate’s richness and enhance its flavor.
