It’s partly due to the genocide of 1994 when up to a million people were slaughtered. Since then, women have accounted for the bulk of the working population. Now they work everywhere: in government, commerce, and even construction.

NPR几位声音都很熟悉的女记者在一起picnic早餐，约定每个人都只能带来自（有）女性CEO的公司的食品。这就排除了市面上绝大部分的跨国企业。几位记者带的东西一个比一个离谱，最后一位只找到了啤酒。特别喜欢这个设计，非常有趣但是非常直观地说明了问题。
节目接着采访了一些女性创业者。虽然女性创业者在数量上是大多数，但她们普遍都是非常小的business，并且很难拿到投资。就算拿到投资也比同类型的男性创业者拿到的少非常多。当她们想要扩张自己的business，拿到投资时，她们更可能被要求退出领导层，导致就算品牌最后成功了，获利的也不会是女性。

Rwanda... You See Ghosts, I See Sky — четвертая совместная работа руандской группы The Good Ones, музыкального продюсера Иэна Бреннана и итало-руандийской документалистки Марилены Делли. Как и предыдущие работы, альбом был записан вживую, без обработки звука, на ферме Адриана Казигираса, одного из участников группы. Там он родился и прожил всю свою жизнь, а в 1994 году прятался от события геноцида руандских представителей народа тутси.
В общем, альбом состоит из современного фольклора о любви, мечтах, природе и тяготах жизни. Но в этот раз большая часть песен посвящена событиям, с которыми столкнулись участники The Good Ones в 1994 году. Тексты подробно описывают историю геноцида в Руанде в попытке передать ощущение ужаса и боли от потери блзких.

Le Président sénégalais Bassirou Diomaye Faye s’implique activement dans la résolution des tensions entre la République démocratique du Congo (RDC) et le Rwanda.
