Hacker behaupteten, in die Datenbanken zweier Sicherheitsbehörden des Landes eingedrungen zu sein — den Nationalen Geheimdienst (SEBIN) und das Korps der Kriminalermittlungen (CICPC). Nach Aussage der Hacker selbst erhielten sie vertrauliche Daten durch eine koordinierte Cyberoperation, die mehrere Regierungsbehörden gleichzeitig ins Visier nahm.
