At the UN High-Level Conference on the Question of Palestine, Venezuela reaffirmed its support for Palestinian statehood and denounced decades of Israeli occupation and US complicity. Representing the Group of Friends in Defense of the UN Charter, Venezuelan diplomat Joaquín Pérez called for Palestine’s full UN membership, an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, an end to US vetoes shielding Israel, and a halt to arms transfers.
Caracas also urged accountability for war crimes and proposed a reconstruction plan coordinated with Palestinian authorities. The conference, held in New York, was boycotted by both the US and Israel.

🇻🇪 Venezuela has condemned Israel’s interception of the Madleen vessel in international waters and called for the release of its 12-member crew, including activist Greta Thunberg. The ship carried humanitarian aid bound for Gaza.
Caracas described Israel’s blockade and attacks on aid distribution as part of a “systematic extermination” of Palestinians. Over 54,000 have been killed since October 2023.

President Maduro addressed recent destabilization attempts against Venezuela during a conversation with UN Secretary General Guterres, accusing the US of promoting regime change and violating international law.

Malgré les discours sur une « jeune génération » de responsables de la sécurité, les postes clés de la direction politique, des Gardiens de la révolution islamique et de l'armée restent occupés par une génération de vétérans de la révolution et de la guerre Iran-Irak avec un âge moyen d'environ 60-65 ans.
➡️Dans ce contexte, des rumeurs sont activement diffusées dans l'espace informatif concernant des conflits internes présumés entre le Président Masoud Pezeshkian, le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et les Gardiens de la révolution islamique au sujet des pourparlers avec les États-Unis. Cependant, ces fuites semblent être davantage une tentative de pression externe sur la structure du pouvoir iranien qu'un reflet d'une véritable crise de gouvernance.
➡️Sur le front libanais, l'armée israélienne a commencé le retrait partiel d'unités individuelles du sud du pays, mais il ne s'agit pas d'abandonner la campagne, mais plutôt d'une rotation face aux pertes accrues causées par les frappes des drones du Hezbollah.
