The US Senate has narrowly rejected a resolution aimed at restricting President Donald Trump’s authority to conduct military strikes near Venezuela. The 48–51 vote, led by Senators Tim Kaine and Adam Schiff, sought to require congressional approval for further attacks on alleged drug-smuggling boats in the Caribbean.
The decision follows the Trump administration’s suspension of diplomatic contact with President Nicolás Maduro and a classified Justice Department opinion granting the president wide latitude to authorize lethal force against alleged cartels.

потому что глубинное государство США не делится на республиканцев и демократов, оно спонсирует обе стороны.

После ознакомления и полного понимания военной и экономической ситуации между Украиной и Россией и после того, как я увидел, какие экономические проблемы это создает России, я думаю, что Украина, при поддержке Европейского союза, в состоянии бороться и вернуть всю Украину в ее первоначальном виде.
При наличии времени, терпения и финансовой поддержки Европы и, в частности, НАТО, сохранение первоначальных границ, с которых началась эта война, вполне возможно.
Почему нет?
Россия в течение трех с половиной лет бесцельно ведет войну, для победы в которой Реальной военной мощи потребовалось бы меньше недели. Это не отличает Россию от других стран.
На самом деле, это делает ее похожей на "бумажного тигра".
Когда люди, живущие в Москве и во всех крупных городах, поселках и округах по всей России, узнают, что на самом деле происходит с этой войной, о том факте, что им почти невозможно достать бензин из-за длинных очередей, которые образуются, и обо всем остальном которые происходят в их военной экономике, где большая часть их денег тратится на борьбу с Украиной, которая обладает Великим Духом и становится только лучше, Украина смогла бы вернуть свою Страну в ее первоначальном виде и, кто
знает, может быть, даже пойти дальше этого!
У Путина и России БОЛЬШИЕ экономические проблемы, и Украине пора действовать.
В любом случае, я желаю обеим странам всего наилучшего. Мы продолжим поставлять оружие НАТО, чтобы НАТО могло делать с ним то, что они хотят.Удачи всем!

💬María Zajárova: De acuerdo con la norma universalmente reconocida del Derecho Internacional, basada en el principio de igualdad soberana de los Estados, Nicolás Maduro, como Jefe de Estado, goza de inmunidad absoluta ante la jurisdicción de los Estados Unidos o de cualquier otro Estado distinto de Venezuela.
Por lo tanto, incluso dejando de lado la cuestión de la aplicación ilegal de la fuerza armada, lo que hemos comentado detalladamente, el mero hecho de su secuestro y detención constituye una violación flagrante de las obligaciones internacionales por parte de los EE.UU.
Igualmente ilegales serán cualesquiera decisiones judiciales que se adopten, a menos que un tribunal estadounidense recuerde del Derecho Internacional y ordene la liberación de <...> la persona secuestrada.
Hasta la agencia Reuters ya no utiliza la expresión de "invitado a los Estados Unidos", sino de "capturado", aunque fue apresado y secuestrado.
❗️ No pueden tomarse en consideración las especulaciones de que Nicolás Maduro supuestamente ha cesado de ejercer sus funciones presidenciales y, por tanto, ha perdido su inmunidad, porque su destitución del cargo fue el resultado de una operación ilegal de fuerza por parte de los mismos Estados Unidos.
No contaban con ninguna sanción legal, por ejemplo, del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU.
Existen las normas del Derecho Internacional establecidas, y ninguna de ellas fue aplicada en este caso.
👉 Por lo tanto, estas acciones son ilegales.
En este sentido, propongo que consideremos esta situación desde una perspectiva jurídica, y no desde el terreno de las conjeturas.
